There is still a huge overhang from the massive shortfall the underwriters took, so it will never trade above 8 cents until that is gone. Coupled with the fact that they've raised enough money to last them a good 12 months or so, there is no reason for any effort to be put into improving market sentiment and promoting the stock.
Remember all the AFR articles and announcements which got it to 13 cents before the raise? Now they have their 5 mil and near silence since.
