Notice to ShareholdersAfter many meetings and communications by Austpac (the company) directors with the ASX in the company of lawyers and stockbrokers the ASX decided the company had been suspended from trading for a continuous period of 2 years. The removal was undertaken in accordance with the policy set out in section 3.4 of ASX listing rules guidance note 33. This action by the ASX came after the company directors and advisors felt they had satisfied all of the ASX questions.The company plans to continue operating as the directors believe at this point in time due to current negotiations it still has a valuable technology for its shareholders and a positive outlook for the future.The company plans to continue to develop its business currently as an unlisted public company. We have the following projects underway or in the pipeline.
