Delisting has not changed a thing at all. The company is still functioning and work is still being conducted. The only thing that has changed is the ability to publicly trade shares and raise money from the market (let’s face it no more money was coming in from the market anyways)

This gives the company a chance to fix up its books, projects and get some contracts signed. It can then potentially re list under a new name and fresh start.

I also believe that now they do not have to abide by some of the rules that are for listed and publicly traded companies regarding information flow due to insider trading ect.

I believe sometime this week an email is going to be circulated to shareholders explaining what has happened, what is happening and what the goals for the future are.

Not dead by any means, and some real excited things happening in the background!
