Oct 7 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1000 GMT on Thursday:
** Eneos Holdings Inc 5020.T , Japan's biggest refiner, plans to buy Japan Renewable Energy for about 200 billion yen ($1.8 billion) from Goldman Sachs GS.N and Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC, the Nikkei business daily reported.
** Retail conglomerate Wesfarmers Ltd (WES) said it had bought the entire stake of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd's (API) largest shareholder in an attempt to thwart a rival suitor's bid to snap up the pharmacy chain.
** RWE RWEG.DE , Germany's biggest power producer, said it has formed a joint venture with Public Power Corporation (PPC) DEHr.AT , which will initially focus on realizing solar projects worth up to 2 gigawatts in Greece.
** Middle East private equity firm Investcorp has acquired 89 industrial properties in the United States for $380 million, it said.
** German real estate company Vonovia VNAn.DE said it had reached 60.3% of voting rights to acquire Deutsche Wohnen DWNG.DE , creating a housing behemoth with some 550,000 apartments worth over 80 billion euros ($92.41 billion).
** Fortescue Metals Group Ltd's (FMG) green energy unit said it bought a 60% stake in Dutch-based renewable firm High yield Energy Technologies (HyET) Group in a bid to cut costs and boost green energy production.
