    Patrick Sloyan from Consumer Action Law Centre needs to consider getting his own BNPL account and get himself a decent shave and a haircut!

    "Afterpay made $46 million in the last financial year off people hit with late payment fees,
    " Patrick Sloyan, from the Consumer Action Law Centre, said."That's a lot of money and we think the regulator should be keeping a close eye on this and the Government also needs to act to pull these products into line."Mr Sloyan said it was worrying people were using BNPL for "more essential items", such as vets and dentists.

    Um, Patrick, I've been using a credit card to buy my groceries for the past 30 years. I'd consider groceries a 'more essential item', so where's your comments about the $27.2 billion credit card debt in AUS.
