PETSMART is the biggest pet supply business in N. America. A not inconsiderable business and proposed union that both companies thought apparently would be an expansive,accretive and successful exercise. It is indeed unfortunate that management who we would believe to be not unintelligent did not consider contacting you beforehand. However when seeking debate, contrarian view and good old common sense it is unsurprising they did not seek out the stupidity well you drink from.
