This is punters moving their funds away from the tech space in to recover stocks - these are your travel, leisure, retail etc. stocks. All industries that will MASSIVELY benefit from a vaccine. The risk factor on these industries going bankrupt etc, basically disappears with the chance of a vaccine.

Now, this creates two opportunities. The first is that a lot of tech positions are being oversold (i.e. Appen) so, buying opportunities here. The second is that if there's any risk to the vaccine then there will be a risk-off on those recovery stocks, creating a new buying opportunities in those sectors.

APX is a solid company, I bought in just now at $32.07 - lovely jubbly.
