Hmm, unless I missed something, there was no new significant news from today’s AGM but the share price dropped today. Perhaps the only negative was the number of home sales (new builds and Perth portfolio) being lower in the near term than I expected.
In my opinion APZ is still a great vehicle for investing in residential real estate. I see 15-20% returns over the next few years.
