Well it was profitable before just not very, as I said the majority of the 'losses' were paper losses or property investments. Hard to say, the company has just undergone a major restructure. As such we can't really predict it's future earnings or outgoings.
What can be said is that the company was in excellent financial state at the start of the year with 0 debt and cash holdings nearing 50% of the share price. I note they have now taken out a substantial loan to purchase new property.
