    • Entered into a MoU with Aphrodite Gold to process gold ores at Black Swan
    • Retains rights and ability to process nickel ore at Black Swan
    • Aphrodite to farm in their gold tenements and poseidon black swan processing plant and infrastructure, into a 50:50 special purpose vehicle
