The other airline supposedly on the market is Air North.
Air North would be a far better fit for AQZ. It is an all Embraer airline, not too big, some nice contracts and based out of Darwin where Alliance also has a base.
It is owned by Bristow.
As for Cobham, it would be a lot cheaper for Alliance to bid for some of the contracts that Cobham has rather than buying the whole airline.
