I'm pondering the same thing. You could take a positive perspective that we win either way.

If the sale goes through, we've won the lotto and we cash out.
If the sale is blocked and the price drops further, I would consider that to be an overreaction by the market and a buying opportunity.
If the sale is blocked and the price doesn't move, then there's no reason to take any action. We just keep holding a good company for the long run as the benefits of the E190 investment continue to acrue.

Of course the negative perspective would be that the fact that they were willing to sell the company might suggest that insiders are aware of headwinds that we don't know about, and the sale is the last chance we have at a good outcome.
