I think the ACCC's initial concerns were around the lost potential of the planes to be used for wet hire to others in the future, so the current arrangements to fly almost exclusively for Qantas shouldn't factor in too much. They want Alliance to be a 3rd party that other carriers can theoretically utilise in 10 years time.
