My perception is that in the short term, the rise is a reflection of a recovery to growth and the simple demand supply for money at different points along the risk scale. The US and Europe seem to be having short term set backs so maybe we will not see a change of sentiment (or in the investment models) for a while yet. The Mandates of many investment funds require them to remain substantially invested, so it is a choice of investment rather than taking large swathes of funds off the table.
