10yr inflation expectations (red line) dragging up the risk free rate (blue line). The fed will let inflation average higher for longer to help in their debt reduction and to gradually return the world back to normalised monetary policy.
In terms of ARB's valuation, what will it look like when the instant asset write off incentive is eventually dialed down, the flood of returning expats calms and eventually reverses, the risk free rate returns to the 2-3% range, international travel normalises and people spend less on domestic holidaying and pimping up their 4wds.
