The only acquisition this co. will make is the acquisition of your cash to pay them selves!!!

Even I doubted that this company would go so low...and I do not mean in price!!

Why an SPP when they usually raise cash from "sophisticated investors?? Could it be that said investors will not put another cent into this sham??

Kiss your options good bye...and not for the first time but don't worry, management can always issue new ones for them selves.....
