Agree Silvermarc. I increased holdings here last two weeks and will make the cut off depending on whether offered to all or some ?
Would buy at 2c if offered for full amount and shortfall as required.
I think timing is good as well.
Hope that the money raised is done super fast in March as expecting some big shakes end of month and April for sure with Shnghai fix starting.
