Thanks, they have removed their website and hard to get holders’ hands on the annual report which doesn’t seem to be available online either.  After the losses existing holders are facing can’t believe they would bait and try to switch to a new asx listed entity............if anyone knows where you can source the annual report online would appreciate the pointer.  Also keen to hear plans for re-listing or whatever is being proposed at the AGM.
