Some interesting points raised, however share consolidation of 25 to 1 would get us to $4. UUts raelly common for share consolidation to occur prior to listing. Just look at Lynas as an example.

- 160m USD is a share price of 55p ish, it could be that a PeA would revalue the business to that level. This would infer that the consoltation values the company at or above this level. No Co-incidence then that the bonus target for 50p share price for execs is set at that level. The business was at equivilant of c40p at current dilution before it's not a million miles away.

- It could be that there is a 3rd institution waiting in the wings, or maybe more.

- At state level the lobbys and politics settle deals not courts, The state of Arizona would not want to be seen as a Chinese sympthaiser, and the spectre of jobs and a reason to visit the state and settle there given demographics should not be underestimated.

The reality is that a firm would not be allowed to publish the ann unless there was some serious thought behind it. Everyone wants to see the company grow and make some money, so perhaps you see how things pan out for the next 6 months. Could be great, could be aweful. I fail to see what point you seek to achieve by repeatbly brining up questions that you have no real desire to get the asnwers for!? Want more shares, just wait as people get impatient or need the funds, otherwise just enjoy being a holder.
