Those 'some drill holes' from WA1 were bonanza grades with consistent thick 30,000+ppm for Nb alone, jorc is easy to estimate from their drill results.
Compare that to ARRs ~1000ppm NdPr grades (total TREO grades are pointless to compare)... its a 30x difference on the basket price given NdPr and Nb prices are at parity.
ARR may have low capital and operating costs compared to other projects, but WA1's higher costs will be negligible due to their grades.
ARR has its own potential, but don't compare it to unicorn projects unless they hit similar grades
