Yet China has made no secret they will cut the world off and can only supply their own needs shortly. The story completely voids your argument from a demand and logistics point. And again, ARR through the IRA and our partnerships with DOE, DOD etc, will essentially become a state-backed national/public entity. You clearly didn't do your homework on the IRA, or you wouldn't have continued to spout oxide prices driving the value of these projects as your primary argument.
