The one 'at hand' is all about posting videos of unsafe, or alleged unsafe acts, and peoples right to privacy.
Let's just pretend for one minute that she had a right to video the passenger that 'opened the door', to use as evidence, she had no right to video any other person, either the ones in the cab, nor pedestrians on the footpath.
Certainly had no legal right to plaster them on the internet, without all persons written consent to do so.
The father of this seven year old is totally irresponsible to allow his young child to ride in the proximity of motor vehicles. Just as I read on another news site, cyclists will soon be filming their own deaths, just as this father nearly did with his son.
What cyclists need to remember is, even if they are in 'the right' don't assume the motorist has seen you. The strength of your skin and lycra does not compare to the strength of a metal panel on a car.
