The one 'at hand' is all about posting videos of unsafe, or alleged unsafe acts, and peoples right to privacy. Let's just pretend for one minute that she had a right to video the passenger that 'opened the door', to use as evidence, she had no right to video any other person, either the ones in the cab, nor pedestrians on the footpath.
