There is nothing wrong with having that video from the helmet camera the only reason it holds possible privacy breaches would come would come down to the fact she publicly distributed it by posting it on the internet.
Applaud her though for doing so & the video going viral for a number of reasons firstly it has brought more public awareness to "car dooring" the legality of the matter & the requirement for all people involved in an accident to exchange details. As has become clear there is a vast amount of people that were not aware of these laws. Hopefully it results in people paying more attention when the do open their doors & actually viewing the surroundings as well as exchanging those details in the event as is required by law. A good wake up call.
