I really do not think this is correct. If this is correct, please direct me to the source document advizing the project is 'effectively mothballed'. It is only a few weeks ago SPN reported that the hydrogen project was being escalated to stage 2 Pilot Plant. The journalists remarks should be retracted or fully explained.
