If the Board & Management of FMS were able to grow the value of the company substantially for all shareholders by taking the company to production then the wealth of the shareholders would grow......
Given the likelihood that the "23 HC Posters" are FMS shareholders - any damages potentially sought by the plaintiff would be from a bunch of 23 much wealthier individuals and therefore likely to recover more $$$
Ironically, if the wealth of the "23" was grown via their shareholdings in FMS, there would be limited basis to post anything less than positive on HC - heaven forbid, they may even post some positive affirmations!
In light of the above, I deduce that if the wealth of shareholders in FMS is grown significantly, everyone wins!
