Hey guys, can someone point me to where I can find more information about the incentive structure for management? I went through the documents, and it looks like it's determined by the chairman. Shouldn't this be more clearly defined with numbers (aka increase sales by 10% to get a bonus)? Given the sol on the register, I'm sure they have set some expectations? What are your thoughts? Thank you
