    This is the second time 5mt has been mentioned in the news. Getting the feeling a rail deal is on the way to have Andrew Drummond talking of exporting 5 mt with such certainty. Anyone one know how much rail would reduce the opex, 30%?, trucking/rehandling must be very inefficient.
