Great article, but that article too sounds as if it is still in the discussion stages [same as Terra Power.com] so I can't see it having any impact on the price of uranium as far as PEN is concerned or in the near future.
It is still said widely that China will need 20,000 tonnes of uranium and so far they only have a stock pile of 5,ooo tonnes, so they are not ready to move on that technology just yet.
Tomorrow is the start of trading of PEN for 2011 in Australia, and I think with the submitting of the Mining Permit with NCR when they open [when it is Tuesday there] in Wyoming the share price here will just continue its journey North for quite a while yet.
