surely exergen are now able to sign off on the BM exploration JV? drilling is underway at BM and exergen are meant to be paying half those costs under the MOU about BM. if they are not doing so then that info is clearly material to holders decision to take up the CR.

if they put out a CR ann on Friday and it is silent on this issue that will put a bunch of potential investors off from sending them their hard earned.

it's time for complete disclosure about the exergen JV gents.
