The "wonders" have been working ever since this board announced a consolidation will be undertaken.
But the wonder of wonders is the resolution for shareholders to give the directors a reward for bringing the SP down.
Where is the reward for shareholders. You know the one as announced as point 5 in Empire's Dec13 quarterly.

"The Strategic Review will encompass all outcomes of the above four reviews and involve formulating a comprehensive strategic plan to unlock the potential underlying value of Empire’s assets and create value for Empire’s shareholders."

Yep done that really well haven't they and they are still going about unlocking shareholder value after 2 years.
The shareprice certainly indicates the board's success there.
