Imo the options are offered at high prices for benefit of appearances to we shareholders to make us all believe that the staff are of the view that the higher sp is achievable by the expiry date. I ignore them and not concerned about the potential for cash on excercising the options. The staff get paid good money anyway but excercise share orice is more a mirage or illusion more than anything really worthwhile. Imo will take another 2 years before we start to see real profits from USA. Just my opinion but DYOR
