Pharmaceutical giant Glaxo Smith Kline has been accused by small Melbourne drug maker Biota of allegedly carrying out a secret plan to dump its product.
Biota says Glaxo has a closet policy to stop promoting anti-flu drug Relenza, which was invented by Biota and licensed to the drug giant.
The claim was aired by Biota barrister Jeff Sher QC at a Supreme Court directions hearing yesterday.
