Biota have written proof of GSK,s Exit strategy..................I believe GSK and Biota have already settled, for a number of reasons, one being the....................( 2 blacked pages) in the GSK defense document, which probably show arrangements to that fact, just can not find the document for the actual proof.

This hearing is just a formality to clear up the charges Biota have against GSK........but I think it is a two edge sword as Biota,s evidence could be so damaging to GSK there might be other legal charges being brought by the court for (Breach of Contract) and dare I say Fraud on here? Only my assumption on my own research.
