There is still every chance a kiss-and-made-up deal had been made for those Namibian EPLs. The recent issue of 60m options with only 2c strike price could very well be the sweetener for the power that be to sign on the dotted line.
I expect the SP to head back above 2.8c, being the last share placement price, very soon.
