I am starting to think along the same lines re: receivership. Yeah it sounds crazy, however at least Rincon, Rio Grande & Patents would have been marketed globally.

ADY could have kept Rio Grande, and sold the needed sodium to the new Rincon enterprise, and later Olaroz. At least that side of the business would have been cash flow positive..lol.

As the news article suggests;
"The newspaper added that it was considered possible that companies such as Toyota and Panasonic could even go into the lithium mining business.

Surely there were potentially better buyers globally, than a small fund in Victoria, Australia. The Japanese, even the yanks would be spewing about the fact that they missed the "garage sale".

I am leaning toward many opinions on here, particularly the ??????'s that hover over association.

Hope we find out either way... I need closure.
