Legal challenge, interesting.
Instead of the vision team going it alone, who would be willing to 'tip in' to assist in the funding of action?
As a CUO holder I know they have done similar to chip in for a class action to see if there is a possible case against the CUO management. Think they have a slater and gordon type scenrio. Shareholders chip in for the initial investigation. If a case is viable then the legal firm 'find' funding and a big win bonus to the legal firm, or something along those lines. Personally I'm not involved, to small an investment.
But this, I'd do it just out of principle!!
