Yeh it's a no brainer it just going to take some time. Now is the time to get in before things start to ramp up.
The world is going to be swamped with money / printing presses running overtime/ for spending on infrastructure / steel / need coal to to fire up steel production / Aspire in the right geographical location....just need patience.
