It is a great deal and CSD is primed for a long time to come. I'm surprised nobody has mentioned that the oppies are officially dead and buried after the markets reaction today, so there's 65 million less dilution. A lot of people including myself must still be holding out hope as I was surprised not to see the board jammed with 65 million on the offer at 0.001
