Here's the response I got regarding the Qatar deal.

I can confirm that we have not released the gulf-times article to the market via the ASX platform. The ASX have recently clamped down on “marketing” style announcements, and as such, we didn’t feel we would get this type of announcement through. We did push it out to our investor database, and it is on our website.

Typically we would only announce a material deal once the contract has been signed and is therefore certain. Regarding the news article for HMC Qatar, it is great HMC have announced this project is proceeding, however discussions with Mach7 over the project plan and pricing are still being held and details are still being worked through. We will update the market when they are final.
