well yep, of course its anecdotal, there is nothing else it could be when reviewing an situation I experienced haha - that's what a review is !

But I am sure it is due to their prices - it's a big factor. Once I spoke to Emerald (which my doc put me on to) they were way more focused and clear, but on the flip side, much more expensive. I didn't follow through with Emerald for that reason, trying Cannabis Docs Australia instead. I appreciate that Emerald does a lot of research to refine the patient experience however my situation doesn't call for that, so I didn't want to pay for it.
