But I hate to sound like a broken record, I have voiced both my concerns and put forth ideas that Management can do and should do by being all hands on deck and with boots on the ground, not just now but yesterday! I am telling you guys, you strike the iron when it's hot!!!!!!!! John Mair strikes me as someone who is a technician, he is too mechanical and not salesman. He should be the COO and not the CEO. It takes a certain personality to be a CEO: Gravitas, Charisma, Tact, someone with genuine warmth, who can project confidence and Leadership specially in crisis such as these times, which JM lacks. IMO
