That's it educate the locals, bring all the heads together for some good discussions. Benefits will be there for them with direct and indirect benefits from the project, they're going to be needed to work on the project so we need the locals and country happy. If GGG aren't a socially responsible they'll get kicked out of Greenland, so it is in everyone's interests to do the right thing by Greenland and it's people.
