I do not know where you are living but be elected at 24yo and be a woman is not at all a problem. She have still a bit of experience and she represent the future of his country (and maybe her generation). Usually people believe that politician are too old (look at the last US campaign) not too young. She is the youngest in the parliment but usually in other country the youngest is often younger! The most important is that elected members of the parliament are educated in order to make clever decision !
