Yes, I guess you are correct in thinking this is the agreement about uranium that has been discussed in various earlier posts.
However she wants to stop the mining of uranium. As we have already seen, the agreement's section 302 referred to the utilisation of uranium, which is quite a different matter.
GGG has already said that it is willing to consider not utilising its uranium, and concentrate on the REEs.
