    You miss the significance, with the references to infrastructure Kal clearly now designated Australia's RE hub.

    You'll probably need to wait to fully understand the implications, meantime perhaps spend a little time to get a grip on cash flow projections, Ord's, Currans or UBS would offer you some insights.

    Should their pricing forecasts not work out very little RE will find funding ROW.
