if insider investors were so up for throwing more capital into ARV why did they need to do such a discount ?? we badly need to see more exploration for the raise as it seems like only recently they did a raise and not much exploration had been done .. if ARV mgmt want to see better market sentiment then give the market belief the company can increase in value through the capital invested
