I guess ARW is going to hold off on the restart of the Perth operations.
It is really bad news for the company as there is going to be a massive dilution in Nov, when the convertible notes convert at a ridiculously low price.
As long as the NSW government does not change the 5% bio diesel legislation, the company will survive.
With such hard times for shareholders, perhaps the Board should consider sharing the pain, via salary cuts.
