What timeframe was this target price?
Although I love ARX and its management, the company is not well supported/ known by the ASX investors. Perhaps because it is a NZ company it doesn't attract the same fan base that PNV does.
At $11.00 per share, this would equate to a valuation of over $3.00b for ARX. This is unlikely in the next couple of years. I would love to be proved wrong though. Even PNV currently only has a market cap of $1.86b on similar sales revenue.
PNV forward sales revenue growth and gross margins are superior to ARX.
Bell Potter offer a more realistic price target of around $2.10 for ARX.
