Fair enough by Namibia, unlike Australia they want to extract the most out of their natural resources. Given the potentially lower (compared to australia) costs to construct and operate the plant it isn’t a huge deal? AS2 probably were planning on producing a concentrate anyway.
From a recent interview Gino seems to have conversations with the Namibian government and so probably wasn’t taken unaware by the announcement. It would be good if AS2 put out a statement in relation to this however.
